Withdrawal

Have you decided otherwise? Too bad, but that's your right...
 

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
 

This is how you make use of your right of withdrawal:

 

1. Register your revocation with us within 14 days of receipt of the goods by informing us of your revocation by phone (0662-88921-333 for callers from AT or 0911-7099-333 for callers from DE) or in writing (by e-mail: shop@carrera-toys.com or fax: +43/662/88921-9333).
You are also welcome to use the sample withdrawal form .


Please keep the proof of delivery.
ATTENTION: Customers from Germany: Please be sure to ship via the return label registration .

 

As soon as your package arrives, we will inform you via e-mail about the status of your return. If you still have any questions, please feel free to contact us (shop@carrera-toys.com).
