Up on the podium despite torrential rain
The 12-hour race in Monza, Northern Italy, is one of the 24-hour race series events staged by the Netherlands Creventic agency. In 2020, the race was interrupted with a red flag for a short period due to absolutely torrential rain that made racing conditions too dangerous. Despite the torrential rain the Herberth Motorsport team celebrated an incredible podium clean sweep at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza. Steffen Görig, Stefan Aust and Klaus Bachler skilfully drove the mighty no.93 Herberth-Porsche past the chequered flag to a magnificent second place.
